ABOUT ME

Have been bodyboarding for around 23 years. Grew up on the north shore in Auckland surfing the stormies at Rothesay Bay and the reefs at Murrays and Long Bay. Surfed mainly at Piha during the last 20 years or anywhere else on the west or east coast that is going off (when i can get time away from the family which is quite tricky these days!).

Favourite NE east coast break: Daniels Reef left
Fav west coast break: North Piha when Carols Peak has a grinding left. Overwise Taranaki.

Best local surf trip away with the boys: Mahia September 2005 and scored Point Annihilation at 4-6' and cranking.

Favourite breaks outside NZ: Hossegor, Canary Islands, North Stradbroke Island, North Shore Hawaii.
