sup smelly, ive bin eating lots of fastfood lately, i think we shuld go work out. do u like running fast? we gotta run 400m sprint pace from north cronulla to point, then walk fast back to muscle beach and work the abs to the inside okay! catch ya xx

It has actually been pretty good. went out at 5 am today and was given 3-4ft glassy barrells. Much surf down your way?
