jenks pro '07 ....what a blast !!!... da boyz were rippin' !!! ...Jason Bitzer's da man !!!  

Been in France for two weeks now, bored out of my brains no surf. Big high in the middle of atlantic, of to carry islands soon followed by morroco, cant wait to rip it up!
So far surfed portugal and england, waves were ok-nothing compared to Oz! Spain was also a flop-Atlantic is very inconsistent!

me and my gf surfed for a while today (like 3-4 hours). wasnt that great but i did get me an in an out tube today. she caught some good ones (she's a shortboarder) was good. =) anyhoo, it's hard to get me motivated to go to school. damn it! all i wanna do is sleep...hehe but who doesnt huh? trying to do some homework now, but i feel so sleepy from all that surfing then working i did today. oh boo

some pretty sic cyclone swell here at the moment i went all weekend at my local shory it was pretty heavy but still hell fun i got sucked over the falls so many times but  so that was kind of a bummer anyway it is dropping off now so it was fun while it lasted

Finally! One day to enjoy my summer vacation! School starts back tomorrow and there was no way I was going back without getting at least one day of waves! With work and summer classes and tests and whatnot.. I haven't been in the water for months. It was making me nuts.
I tried a new spot today, Montara State Beach. The water was absolutely filthy!!! But the waves were pretty thick with a lot of face to ride. It was a really fun session and I caught a few waves... so.. that made me happy. :-)There were a couple other bodyboarders out and they were really friendly, which was a nice change from the usual encounters. We all rode for about 3 hours and had a blast!I've really missed surfing... and this board. 

5 sessions in 4 days. pretty good for summer on the EC.  solid long period stuff at a point south of boston thursday-friday, then waist - head + on the cape sat, w/ leftovers sunday. It's certainly good to get some legit surf around here.

Yesterday I went to Califia Beach San Clemente,California. Usualy the waves are mediem sised but that day was differet. tHE WAVES WERE HUGE whith HUGE tubes. Have you ever had a day like that?

its been a long time since i have posted a blog so i wont stuff around i was out surfing knights about a month ago when i took off on a small right hander i noticed i was getting close to the shore so i pulled out but i got cought in the lip and thrown head first into the sand breaking 2 vertabra in my neck i had to undergo a 4 hour opperation , 6-8 weeks in a neckbrace 6 months of rehab then i can get back into the water . im not writing this for any sympathy or ??? like that i just thought i would share the exp with everyone here im into the 4 week in the brace so im a long way from getting back in the water but i cant wait ive missed a few surf's but its been a ???ty winter anyway so no loss . so next time u think you are having a bad day think about how good you have it then get over it life is too short to get hung up on bull??? get out there and get some for me . cul8r .
