Glad to see the board back up! The cast is off my foot after 6 weeks.... so I'm ready to get out there and try again. Thanks for checking in with me. I was bummed abut the cast and didn't log on for a while.

I'm in Northern California for the foreseeable future. I contemplated moving home to Florida, but for various reasons, including the surf... I opted to stay put for now. In a few years.... once I build up my band program.... I'd love to move down south and teach in, or near a Southern California beach community. We'll see... ;-)
Hey...did you say you were moving back to FL, or am I confused? Anyway, cold here is the air temp. which can go down into the 30's but usually stays in the 60's during real winter. The water never really goes below 70 in south FL...get's much colder up coast.
