Ahh, yes, nice surf over the weekend down here. However! There are still epic northern breaks! Mavericks, Moon Bay. Just a wee bit colder. Thanks for the comment though! peace.
I did have fun, it was great meeting you and Iairtoe (not for sure how he spells his name).
I got most of my car work done, but still have more to do. My friend is going to paint it flat matt black. It's going to be so cool.
We should go bodyboarding again.
Yep we are safe and sound thanks,,but they copped it at a place called Innisvale along way up north..A couple of weeks ago we got a tropicl low just of the coast which produced winds up to 100klm ph..The swells were massive and the wave rider bouy recoarded a swell of 17m or 54',,but that's a couple of klm out to sea,,but the swell on the coast was 15'+..Now there could be more swell and wind on the way another Cyclone called Wati is looming..Hope all is fine your way..Take care for now
wow! lol.... it's funny how just the mention of the Yankee Clipper made me start thinking about when I was a kid and we'd ride our bikes from 441 down to Birch State Park and all along the beach. When I got older, I'd drive down in the late evening and sit in the lifeguard station and practice my trumpet in the warm night air. I bet property is through the roof now! And to think... I still remember being amazed when we moved to Ft. Lauderdale, that our house cost a whopping $23K! I thought that was such a huge amount of money... but then again... it was 35 years ago and I was 9. ;-)
