not much danny... been frickin busy with work and the family. During the school year it is hard for me to get out into the water because of all the obligations I got. I hit the weekends but that is about it most of the time.
u no wat ghelps i do the same...hit the jym 3 times a week..give ur muscles a break...and when u hit the gym drink muscle milk or a protien shake EVERY time. because wen muscles rebiuld they need portiens....and thats wat ur drinkin...so ull biuld faster
