ya well pactients and percistance is all u need bro...

 

iv worked out for a butt load of times and now im stating to see results..

its different for people...some people see impovment in 4 months others 2 years..hahaha seriusly tho..

ya so keep workin hard bro and hopefully ull see immprove,ts

 

pluss i hate to say this but some people cant build muscle because of there jeans

 

like there body isnt physclly able to

u no wat ghelps i do the same...hit the jym 3 times a week..give ur muscles a break...and when u hit the gym drink muscle milk or a protien shake EVERY time. because wen muscles rebiuld they need portiens....and thats wat ur drinkin...so ull biuld faster

ugh your so lcky, over here sucks, and my freinds going to his dads so were not going to go bb...but i think he is..imma just go to my moms house, and yeah senior year is hectic (h.e you spell it) i havent even applid to community college ...? ugh

not really the only great thing weve had is that storm swell that hit two weekends ago.....its was super gnar, and usually its just crappy all the time, seal has maybe 4 feet waves constatly with ok sets, and good area for practice, but last weekend it got walled out..i got mad..lol...what about over there, how the waves
