I was out last thursday from 6:00 - 7:30 PM and it was frickin amazing. Four - five feet in some sets. Just me and a handfull of short boarders. It was the frickin best day of the summer so far. I am heading out again tomorrow. This weekend was shot for me due to relatives in town.
yo socal... although the tide has been frickin werid, the waves are there up here. Went out at 6:30 pm on Monday for an hour and got some good rides. Choppy for sure but still ridable.
any good spots u know of in socal? i go to school in OC so i go to newport 40th a lot and thats the only place i've been with a lot of good bodyboarders. my bro goes to ucsd so i've gone to blacks once but it was a crappy day.
