bodyboarding is gettin pretty big globally now, gettin more exposure now i think, there is always packed spots around here with surfers, they can eat wang lol, i hate em..
i am on holidays went 4 a surf this morning it was the best shory at my local beach got pretty smashed hurt my back and i got a new board 2 so preetty stoked about that
an hour drive, you must be keen. yer stick school out and stay with the family for awhile, im an hour away from mine now and it sucks not seeing them too the weekend.
haha I was in the same situation you were a few weeks back. sucky cold, massive tests for school and worst of all doodoo surf! BUT...a whole month with out the beach :O that I am lucky enough yet to encounter; kudos to you for holding up. I kinda do both for judo, a little more teaching than Id like but, its a great job. I pretty much get paid to work out and teach , what are you studying in school? you must have a pretty big work load huh?
ha! thats insane! good to hear you're keen and you get out there and have a go.. i like your style haha.. i've been boogen for about 7 years now.. can't get enough of it.. going to boog until im old and wrinkley.. hopfully ill still be ripping by the time im 90!.. i do local comps at my local beach.. we have state rounds and compete against people from all over Aus.. you have to do very well and qualify in your local comps to make it though, i've been twice and had the best time of my life and surfed alot of fun waves.. made alot of great friends along the way too.. i'm looking for a new board at the moment.. not sure what i want though.. hrmm id love to surf the wedge over in the states.. oh and mexico has some sick waves!.. have you ever been to Australia?
