Cool man! There wasn't much swell over the weekend! Not that I would've been able to surf, I was a broken woman!! :) CANNOT wait for St Francis hey, need the break! You should definitely come thru, got some hottie friends coming :)
I live in Groton Connecticut (CT) thats about two hours east of New York City. If you want to go site seeing around here I recomend September/October, see the leaves change color, its georgous, New England is well known for the falll foliage. Thats also when the hurricanes start comming up the east coast, bringing the waves, so thats the best time for surfing too. You would need a 3/2 mm wetsuit, no boots/hood/gloves, water is still nice around then. But you will have to go to Rhode Island, Long Island Or Virginia for surf, there isnt any in Connecticut, I drive over to Rhode Island to surf. If you come here you should deffinatly go to New York City to check out the sites

wow, sounds amazing! all that wildlife, makes around here seem bland! I would love to be able to travel as much as you, just dont have the dough. where are you going in the US? I would say you should come here but its not really that pretty and the waves suck for most of the year! if you go any where in the US I would recomend Califonia, its georgeous out there, and the waves arent bad! are you going just for fun or for work?

I have always wonderd what it was like in SA. Is it georgous? Ive only been to Canada, the Bahamas, and Japan. beautiful in all those places. I would love to visit Belize, New Zealand and Greece, but who knows when I'll have the $$! dont know that I would have the guts to surf in SA, dont the great white's jump clear out of the water to attack seals down there? haha, guess I shouldn't talk, we have had shark sitings at the next beach over from where I surf, we get whites, makos, blues, and once a bull around here, but I've never seen one while surfing...but the blue fish and stripped bass scare the heck out of ya when they brush your leg!!
