Naaa... I am not being one of those sit on my ass and drink Bud type guys. I have a lot of money saved up for right now and I am looking for another teaching gig this summer. I needed to get out of the school I was at. Too frickin restrictive and white.

Sounds like you got your summer cut out for you. As for me, the whole China thing fell through and I ended up not being able to go. No prob though as I am looking at doing the program next year. Boarding for me... been out about three times a week. Got out this morning as a matter of fact. Having a car helps so just get your f'in license soon BRO. I was listing Propagandhi while on the way to a ballgame yesterday. A buddy of mine in the car listens to country so I ripped up the volume to help him deal with his problems.
I forgot that you were going to summer school... ha. I am done teaching as a high school teacher. I quit my job at the end of the year because I got tired of the bullshit from ppl who do not understand what I am trying to do in the classroom. Also got tired of the religious politics and racism in the school. Time to move on to better things...
yeah man, at least the drive from lakewood to newport is only 30 minutes, otherwise i would die. ive never been to pedro, but i heard the skatepark is sick.
ya bro... I got a two week teaching gig there for the summer. Will be back on the 1stof August. I am trying to get in as much boarding as possible as there will be no time for the beach while there.
