ya, it blew pretty bad.  I am frickin blind without them so I was frickin miserable every time I went to the beach while there.

drag... nothings worse than not being able to get out when the water right.  I lost my soft contact lens while in Hawaii once.  Was able to get one day's worth of boarding in and then lost them.  Since I cannot board without them, I had to watch the waves for the next week.  Sucked hard....

yeah weekend are crappy and thats the only time i get to go out...and then the waves pick up during the week, so the only time i get out its crappy...ugh it sucks

My home break.... there is a reef out in Carlsbad by the Power Station... about four at the peak but that was about it.
