I live in hilo on the big island, and we were supposed to get hit by a hurricane yesterday, but we definatelt didint, but i did bring some waves, the weird thing is on monday it was pretty big, it was like 4-6 with some bigger sets coming in, kinda rainy, but it was pretty glassy, yesterday, when the hurricane was supposed to hit, they closed the beach, but the waves were small anyway, i went today, and it was 2-4 with some 6's coming on sets, and it was barreling, i have never seen it barrel there as much as i did today, i just thought it was weird that it was big before and after the storm, but not during, and the hurricane didint hit, it just dissapated, it didint even get windy or rainy the news predicted up to ten inches of rain, shows what they know
