On Sunday I surfed Flynns Reef at the Island at about 4f
t, we ended up surfing for about 3 hours. After we got out,
we were in the carpark getting changed, and a guy said tha
t there was a huge shark fin spotted out there by one of th
e surfers. Every one came in and was standing on the beach
freaking out. I'm now a little freaked out cause I probley
surfed with the fucken thing for about 3 hours.
Got some
good waves but...
Went to the Obese Records 3 Block Party last Friday nigh
t, it was abosolutly insane. Saw Funkoars, Muph and Plutoni
c, Hilltops, Pegz, BiasB, Reason, Hyjack & Tortcha, so
many dudes in one night it was fucken crazy! Spent the
;whole time on the front row gettin smashed on the barrier,
loved it... So good to see some mad live music again!!!&nb

Its been almost a year, and i'm finally going back to my ho
me state!!! Cant wait to see all the family and mates, and
to surf my favorite waves again. 19 days from today and i'l
l be home, Yewww!!!
Had a mate come down from Vic, and we scored some surf o
n Friday morning. I think it was about 3 degrees by the tim
e we were putting our wetties on. 3 ft shallow as fuck, I w
ent for a reverse spin and smashed my knee on a boulder, th
ats how shallow it was getting. Pulled into a few little ba
rrels, not a bad morning for my mates first surf in Tassie.
I'm off to the sunshine state for 2 weeks this Friday. Cant
wait, staying in Broadbeach 100 mtrs from the water. HItti
n the early every mornin! Yewww!!! So stoked for this holli
day, three weeks off work. So Happy right now!
My head is fucked, I havn't been on my bodyboard for
two weeks. The waves have gone, and so has my brain! I'm go
in insane. If any one sees a crazy, redhead running around
anyware in Nth Tassie, its probly me. Give me some swe
ll for gods sake!

Got skunked hard on the weekend, drove 45 mins for nothin,
the weather maps looked ok but I was wrong. 45 mins back an
d straight to bed. A week without a surf and i'm feeling a
little nutz.
