dude... have no idea where this storm came from. Did nothing for the waves though in SD. Ya, I am waiting for the first swells of the summer now. I have not been in the water for about a month and a half. Nothing down here...
A buddy of mine lives in SB and told me the same thing... the swell has been crap up there too.
yo Kmart... heard read that you are coming down this way for the summer now. You have not missed much lately. Northern SD has sucked pretty bad for the past couple of weeks.... or month. It has just sucked. A storm came into the southern OC today but I am not sure how much of an affect it will have on the swell.
When I was younger I did not care if it was raining or if it just rained.... I was in the water. HOWEVER... I hit Rincon once after a storm and got sick with god knows what and thats when I pretty much decided to always wait a day, UNLESS the waves are so frickin perfect that I do not care if I get sick.
College Point should have no problems though unless you want to have tar over every inch of your suit. The tar is always worse after a storm.
ya... its still raining down here today but it is suppose to break tonight with some sun tomorrow. I am hoping to hit the water after classes tomorrow... I really need to get out.
Ya they read it... I am an open book in my house. That storm you spoke about earlier? Hit us like a frickin load of bricks an hour and a half ago. It actually hurt when it started falling....
Being stuck inside with the family is fine... no problem with that. But let me paint a picture for you: Three kids under the age of 8 who fight with each other all the time while it is raining like hell outside....
