So today so far has been ONE of the best.
I spent the
day hanging with the shapers on the 2006 tour. Talking abo
ut surfing and life as a surfer and shaper.
The sun was
shinning got a little wave in this morning, ate like kings
seafood coming out of our eyeballs, Lobster, King prawns,
Monk fish all these great dishes served only 5 hours after
being caught in a beautiful place called Darts Farm in Ebfo
rd. I think i could safley say life couldn't have got any b
etter today.
These guys are simply the BEST shapers in
the world to talk to them about there work was unreal. Simo
n Anderson telling me about the creation on the three fin a
nd Mark Phipps talking about the creation of the board for
Andy Flores was just mind blowing. These guys no more about
surfing in a tech sence them most people.
Although thi
s will still never convert me or be any better that my surf
at Taloes with the No Friends Crew. Those guys simply ROCK
and no how to PARTY!
These guys are older and are on a
different level. Good thing they didn't diss the BBing othe
rwise I might of had to KICK their asses!
