This past weekend has really been up
to shit. Sturday there was no surf at any of my local spot
s even after a huge storm hit the cape late in the week. Sa
turday evening i was getting really pissed off with the tim
e away from the water.

And then came Sunday........


Went to work and the first thing i did was call the
report line (thanks guys). 3-4 foot clean and off shore wa
s all i heard. They had some specials about wetsuits and ne
w boards but i didnt hear.
Hit the beach hard but the ba
ck line was fucking far out so my buddiesa nd i decided to
to a rock jump. trying to time the sets took a while but ev
entually we made it out. By the time we got to the line up
it was pushing 6-7 foot and the wind turned so it was lefti
es all afternoon long.

Best surf ive had in a while.
