The older I get the more important bodyboarding has become. When I was 12/13 most people told me that it was just a phase I was going through, I would not be doing this when I was in my 20's. I'm happy to say that at age 36, I still love to go bodyboarding. Hangovers suck the older you get, but bodyboarding does not. if you are getting to the stage where you think you should give it up, don't! Stay with it. Don't get too hung up on image or anything like that, just go bodyboarding and show all the stand up's what they are missing!!
