Yep it's ike that whenever there is a groundswell and an offshore - but it depends on the banks - it can be better than yesterday too - or it an be shite. :) - You're in Iraq? Maybe get a trip away to Yemen - check out Sheba's wedge

This time of year the water ranges anywhere from 49-55 degrees up here in Norcal. Usually only in the 53-55 range Santa Cruz-Monterey. 49-52 north of Santa Cruz upto S.F. Deff gotta have a good wetsuit.
